[Ronan acknowledging his tears without actually saying anything about them did something to Kavinsky. It was a quiet sort of comfort, a feeling like maybe he was safe to feel these things and express them, at least in this moment. He'd never been very good at letting himself feel these kinds of things. They were frightening emotions, things that made him feel weak or not good enough. But Ronan- right here, right now, he made him feel like enough.
He took a slightly shaky deep breath.]
